Drafting of the Constitution by the Constituent Assembly is a historical event: National Assembly Speaker Dahal

"Arguments for constitutional amendment that come with backward thinking cannot be valid for the constitution makers and the constitution itself." President Dahal has said that celebrating this day will be meaningful in being proud of the achievements made in the past and reviewing the things that could not be done.

Since the promulgation of the constitution, the federal parliament has made many laws and laws and some important laws are yet to be made. Similarly, in the political history of Nepal, the creation of the constitution by the Constituent Assembly was a historic event, President Dahal said that the seven-decade-long desire of the people to be governed by the constitution made by their representatives has been fulfilled by the current constitution. "The constitution was issued by the Constituent Assembly of Nepal on 3 October 2072 as a result of the Madhes movement, tribal tribes, Tharu, Dalits and various movements for political change including the ten years of armed war, the people's movement of 2062/63," President Dahal mentioned in his congratulatory message, "Sovereignty Nepali I express my belief that on this day, the basic law of the country, which unites the common Nepali people in one formula, by recording important achievements such as republicanism, federalism, secularism, inclusive/proportional system, etc. in the constitution issued to remain vested in the people, will inspire everyone for the implementation of the constitution and its full compliance.' ;
