National Assembly Speaker Narayan Prasad Dahal has pointed out the need to move forward in the direction of protecting the achievements and paving the way for further achievements. Giving his best wishes today on the occasion of Constitution Day 2081, he said that while increasing ownership and adoption of the Constitution, timely reform and amendment is a natural process.
