Constitution Day and National Day 2081 are being celebrated today with great enthusiasm by organizing various programs in the country and abroad. President Ramchandra Paudel is participating as the chief guest in the main ceremony of the Constitution Day organized by the government of Nepal this morning at Sainik Manch Tundikhel.
