Constitution Day and National Day-2081 being celebrated

The Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal was issued on 3rd October 2072 by the Constituent Assembly, which was formed as a result of seven decades of struggle, sacrifice and people's movement.

The constitution of Nepal written in thirty-five parts, 308 articles and 9 schedules has adopted aspects such as federal democratic republic, inclusive democracy, proportional inclusive representation, secularism, etc.

The government has been celebrating the day the Constitution was promulgated as Constitution Day and National Day every year. It has been nine years since the implementation of the Constitution of Nepal, which continued with all the constitutional provisions of 'Governing by the people for the people'.

In celebration of the Constitution Day, there will be a National Day musical performance at the Durbar Marg in Kathmandu.
