Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the role of the science and technology sector will be important to fulfill the national aspiration of 'prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali'.

In his greeting message released today on the occasion of the twelfth National Science Day, he stressed on the need to reawaken our own tradition of scientific discovery in the world of science.

The government has allocated a budget to promote research and entrepreneurship such as innovation fund, 'startup fund' for scientists, researchers and young people who are trying to do business in the country. .
