"I can prove that you (Lamichhane) have committed co-operative fraud, you have committed corruption when you were a minister and you are a criminal who misused your passport," said the letter submitted by Dhakal in response to the RSVP asking for clarification. Lamichhane accused Dhakal of misleading the public with his speech. This has created a threat to democracy in Nepali soil. As a result of the effort to take action while I am speaking to save the party today, nobody in the party will dare to speak," wrote Dhakal.

Dhakal has mentioned that Lamichhane sent a letter of explanation to Lamichhane without registering it at the party office, asking him to provide a certified copy of the documentary evidence of the alleged action against him. He addressed to Lamichhane on July 31 requesting a copy of the documentary proofs of the alleged action taken against him and also recalled the letter written on July 28 .

'As per my request, by registering a letter requesting a copy of the evidence and asking for an explanation instead of providing the document accordingly, it is clear that you are running an arbitrary rule in the party contrary to the law and regulations. I request again to provide the documents as per my demand," wrote Dhakal.

Dhakal has claimed that he did not act against the constitution and code of conduct of the party. He wrote in the letter, "Instead, I am fighting to save the party". Today, I have tried to protect the party from the autocracy, person-centered behavior and thinking of you Ravi Lamichhane . Raising questions on you based on truth and evidence is not going against the party. It is my democratic and political right given by the Constitution of Nepal to purify the party through questions.'

Dhakal has mentioned that when he founded the party, he envisioned a democratic party, but within 2 years, the party was limited to the word democracy. RSVP had written to the Election Commission on July 17, informing that General Minister Dhakal had been relieved of his post, to record it in the party registration book. But Dhakal submitted an application to the commission claiming that the process of action against him was flawed. An officer of the commission said that the election commission is working by understanding all the necessary procedures.

After the by-elections in Ilam last Baisakh, Dhakal visited various districts and prepared a review report of the party. In that report, Chairman Lamichhane's work style and party management method were criticized. Alleging that internal documents were leaked to the media, the RSVP asked Dhakal for a general explanation on June 12.

Dhakal was suspended from his post on June 19 and was dismissed on June 25 because he was given time to answer till the 21st. Dhakal said that he had spoken out only two points from the 32-page report and that action was taken against him.
