Actor Bipin Karki is bereaved. Bipin's mother Saraswati Karki, who was suffering from kidney problems, passed away at Patan Hospital on Thursday morning.
72-year-old Karki was kept in the ICU for a week. Bipin came to Kathmandu directly from the set of 'Oonko Sweater' after getting the news that his mother was on ventilation.
'The news came that the mother was put on ventilation during the shooting . After that, we returned him to Kathmandu after the shooting. Mother passed away at 6 o'clock this morning,'' Naveen Chauhan, director of Woolen Sweater, said. Chouhan said that mother's last rites are being performed at Pashupati Aryaghat.
