'In order to make the National Vigilance Center effective and to give dynamics to the work and actions of the National Vigilance Center, the unfair action that was taken in the Interim Constitution 2063 has been removed from the current constitution, the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has been removed, even though there is no such unfair action, the situation of corruption has worsened. Since it is seen that corruption may increase, it has been recommended to give the responsibility of that unfair action to the National Vigilance Center by law, as the honorable members have put it during the discussion, I request that the provision to take action on the offense of unfair action should also be legally given to the National Vigilance Center,' he said .

vigilance center has given various suggestions including making arrangements to receive complaints to public institutions through written and electronic means regarding whether the tasks that should be done by the public institutions are done/not done regularly and whether the person holding the position has fulfilled his/her duties.
