Nepali Congress General Minister Bishwa Prakash Sharma has said that the files of Bhutanese refugees and Giribandhu T-State should be investigated according to law. In the 27th general meeting held by Human Rights and Peace Society District Branch Kathmandu on Saturday in Jorpati, General Minister Sharma said that the seven-point agreement reached between Nepali Congress and Nepal Communist Party (UML) was for the end of irregularities.

He said that they insist on making the people feel good governance by implementing the agreement honestly. He said that anyone involved in irregularities should be brought to justice.

'In order to instill hope in the people, the relevant bodies should be left free to work according to the law regarding financial irregularities, since good governance is a matter of interest to everyone, all files should be opened methodically. He said.

Although 31 fundamental rights of citizens have been mentioned in the constitution, they have not been implemented in practice, he said.
