Journalist Bhuvan KC has been appointed as the press advisor to Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel. The cabinet meeting on July 7 decided to appoint KC as press advisor.
KC, who has taught journalism for two decades and has been teaching journalism for a decade, has been studying and researching media, politics and parliamentary affairs.
KC's editing and co-authorship has published books and research articles on journalism and politics.
MA in Political Science from Tribhuvan University, MA in Communication from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines, Post Graduate in Media Studies from University of Oslo Summer School in Norway, KC is pursuing PhD in Journalism from Tribhuvan University . KC, who worked as the head of communication in the National Reconstruction Authority, was also the press advisor of Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Paudel.
