Congress whip Sushila Thing has objected that the presence of women in the Council of Ministers has never reached 33 percent as stipulated by the constitution.

In Tuesday's meeting of the House of Representatives, Whip Thing said that although women are qualified, they are not represented as stipulated by the constitution because they are not in decisive positions within the party.

Whip Thing said that 33 percent of women never participated in the Council of Ministers by trampling on the provisions of the constitution. "In any cabinet, the constitution has been violated and 33 percent women will never be seen in the cabinet." Maybe because men are in charge, women were not recommended as ministers,' said the whip Thing.

Giving your own example What if women deserve to be held accountable? The question was asked by the whip Thing . 'My example is only representative, I graduated in law, master in sociology but I never qualified . I didn't get this (academic) title from the proportional quota,' she said, 'how long will we women be registered in this proportional status ? How long will we be made equal?'

When the participation of women in the Council of Ministers was not 33 percent, the Constitution was questioned. His demand was, 'Since there is a question about the constitution, I want the constitution to be implemented.'

In the government formed under the leadership of KP Sharma Oli, Congress and UML alliance, Congress's Arju Rana Deuba as Foreign Minister and UML's Bidya Bhattarai as Education Minister are the only women ministers . Likewise, not a single person from the Dalit and Muslim community has participated in the Council of Ministers. Parliamentarians of the government and the opposition have been raising questions every day saying that the government is not inclusive.
