Presenting the government's annual budget for the fiscal year 2081/082, Finance Minister Barshaman Pun has said that Rs 3 billion has been allocated for youth employment.
Presenting the budget in the Joint House, Mantripun said that a youth mobilization program will be conducted in nation building to enhance the capacity of the youth and use the inherent talent in the public service delivery and production sectors.
Under this program, youth who have completed their studies from the university and are looking for work will be provided with training in industry, business, agriculture and animal farm, hotel, tourism and construction sector in collaboration with various public agencies and private sector, he claimed that employment will be ensured for at least one lakh youth. .
