The police have arrested two people for their involvement in illegal crypto trading activities.
The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested 22-year-old Pragyan Rimal of Gaidakot Nawalparasi Ghar and currently residing in Thamel and 20-year-old Ayush Sharma of Baglung Ghar Manmaiju, the owners of Starboy Solutions, which deals in immaterial currency (crypto).
CIB Spokesperson Police Superintendent Hobindra Bogti informed that they have been submitted to the Kathmandu District Court and the investigation has been extended by 7 days. According to the police, some mobile phones and laptops were recovered from them.
