The police have arrested three people and made it public today on the charge of defrauding unemployed youths of 23 lakh 85 thousand rupees by sending them to different countries for foreign employment.
Among those arrested are Sirha Municipality-7 30-year-old Sushant Singh, currently residing in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-9 Sinamangal, 36-year-old Salludin Veg, currently residing in Krishnanagar Municipality-11, Kathmandu Sinamangal, and 53-year-old Raju Dahal, currently residing in Budhanilkanth Municipality-8, Hattigounda, in Fedap Rural Municipality-8, Tehrathum. Kazikumar Acharya, Information Officer of Crime Investigation Office and Superintendent of Police informed.
According to him, among those who were arrested, Singh said that he would send two people to Dubai, Rs. Based on the arrests from various places in Kathmandu, it was made public today.
Information officer Acharya said that the three arrested persons have been sent to Foreign Employment Department, Tahachal today for further investigation and action.
