Kathmandu Metropolitan City has started 'Ekal Seva Kendra' to provide service to the customers within the stipulated time.

Pradeep Pariyar, the chief administrative officer of the metropolis, said that the center has been officially started from Friday to provide services to the customers in an easy way. "We have launched a single service center from today to provide services within the stipulated time, to check the documents of the customer immediately and to create a single point of contact," he said. The service of the service center will be strengthened for practical implementation. Similarly, the metropolis started the customer survey through 'Saathi Mahanagar' from last July 3. Respondents participating in the survey are of the opinion that the service of the metropolis should be done online. In which 517 respondents participated . It is said that 66 percent of the participating respondents are of the opinion that the service available from the metropolis should be through online.

He responded about the situation shown by the survey, 'The strong aspects seen from the survey will be institutionalized and the things that need to be improved based on the ideas from the service users will be addressed in a policy and programmatic manner.'
