Kathmandu Metropolitan City is going to provide 20 lakh rupees for the relief and rehabilitation of those affected by the flood in Thame River in Khumbu Pasanglhamu Rural Municipality-5 of Solukhumbu.

The meeting of the disaster management committee led by Metropolitan Chief Balendra Shah on Friday has decided to donate 20 million rupees to the fund of Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality for those affected by Thame flood.

On July 32, a school, a health post, 2 hotels, 13 houses and 10 houses in Thame village were completely damaged and 10 houses were partially damaged.
