5 people arrested from Dharan with large quantity of drugs

Sunsari police have arrested 5 people with large quantity of drugs from Dharan. The police seized drugs from the camp of a 17-year-old girl in Dharan.
According to the police, Tramadol 14 thousand 901 capsules, Spazmol 7 thousand 496 tablets and a banned drug called Coliban were found from the camp where the girl was staying. DSP Navin Krishna Bhandari, spokesperson of District Police Office Sunsari informed that 76,000 cash was found along with drugs from the camp during the investigation.
Bhandari informed that the police also detained 4 more people from the girl's room along with drugs and cash. Those arrested are 26-year-old Madan Rai of Dharan 4, 19-year-old Sachin Rai, 45-year-old Chandradhwaj Rai of Dhankuta 3 and 28-year-old Ravikumar Singh of Bharat Araria Jogbani.
Police have not revealed the identity of the 17-year-old girl who is in custody. It is the initial estimate of the police that the arrested may be involved in organized drug trade. It is estimated by the police that drugs may have been brought from India and stored and sold. DSP Bhandari informed that further investigation is ongoing.
