43-year-old Savitra Gurung died due to lightning in Chichila Rural Municipality-2 Ahale.
He died after being struck by lightning during the rain that came with the storm on Wednesday night Police Chief Inspector Ramkumar Lamichhane said.
43-year-old Gurung died on the spot after being struck by lightning at around 11 o'clock on Wednesday, police said. The body of the deceased was brought to the district hospital for post-mortem on Thursday.
