Janamat Party President CK Raut has claimed that the government formed by two major parties is a sign of evil and destruction. He said that the Nepali Congress and the CPN-UML are trying to abolish the proportional system by amending the constitution.

Speaking at the party training program held on Thursday in Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, he claimed that the current alliance was formed to bring about an election system with only two parties. 'Congress and UML are like heaven and hell,' he said, 'they came together for selfishness and not for the development of the country.'

Raut said that this achievement should be appreciated because republicanism, federalism and proportional inclusiveness are found in the constitution. Raut said that despite the Madhesh movement, blockade and various movements, the constitution was issued with the force of a gun, Raut said that the party is celebrating Constitution Day as a black day.
