The Cooperative Department of the Congress has submitted a written recommendation to the Parliamentary Inquiry Special Committee regarding the misappropriation of cooperative savings funds.
Congress Central Member & Devendraraj Kandel, Head of Cooperative Department, on behalf of the party, asked the parliamentary inquiry The coordinator of the special committee has submitted written suggestions to Surya Thapa on Tuesday.
Kandel, the head of the Congress Cooperative Department, said that the suggestions collected by the Congress cooperative department reached all the seven provinces and submitted to the committee. It is also demanded that the government should take serious action against the culprits as most of the savers of
cooperatives are from poor and disadvantaged families and their savings have been misused. Kandel, the head of the department, said that the Congress is ready to provide the necessary support to the parliamentary inquiry special committee.
