Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar has said that the government will establish a separate 'Financial Crime Investigation Bureau' to investigate financial crimes in a more specialized manner.

Talking to the media persons at the Ministry of Home Affairs at Singhdarbar on Friday, the Home Minister said that since financial crimes are increasing in recent days, a separate bureau will be formed to investigate them. He said that the Bill of Police Act will be decided by the Council of Ministers meeting and registered in the Parliament and the Armed Police Force Act will be finalized and sent to the Council of Ministers.

"Since some of the police laws are very old, while we are preparing to finalize the draft of the Police Act and send it to the Cabinet, some police officers filed an application in the Supreme Court", said the Interior Minister. .' He said that the order of the Supreme Court is valid for everyone.

Stating that the Supreme Court's order to the government to make arrangements in the regulations in 2070/071 has not been followed till now, the Minister of Home Affairs gave the information that he has started the work after taking office.

The Home Minister said that preparations are being made to establish an immigration office at Tinkar and Korla points in the north and Belhia point in the south. He said that the process of further organizing the national identity card, training students from the armed police force's disaster academy in Kurintar and deploying them as volunteers, moving the central citizenship information system to the ward level and taking action against those who violate traffic rules.

Keeping in mind the 100-day period of government formation, the Home Minister said that the work has been progressed by prioritizing various works.
