The Ministry of Finance has transferred 58 Deputy Secretaries of Customs, Taxation and Revenue Office. According to the secretary-level decision of the ministry, the heads of Tatopani, Jaleshwar and Kailali customs offices have been changed. 23 heads of Internal Revenue Office of the country including Kathmandu Valley have changed.
Tribhuvan Airport Customs Office and Gautam Budh International Airport three chief customs officers have been transferred. Tatopani customs chief Dayanand KC, who has increased revenue collection by facilitating trade with China recently, has been transferred to the Ministry of Finance.
Deputy Secretary Kamal Kumar Bhattarai has been sent from Artha in Tatopani . Similarly, Rajendra Kumar Hamal of Kailali Customs has been transferred to the Customs Department and Amit Paudel of Jaleshwar Customs has been transferred to the Ministry of Finance.
10 undersecretaries of tax and customs have been transferred to the Ministry of Finance, while 12 undersecretaries have been sent to the Internal Revenue Department as directors. Internal Revenue Office Itahari and Bhairahawa Tax Officers Shanti Ram Niraula and Urjan Kumar Neupane have been transferred to Airport Customs Office.
Chief customs officers who have been transferred from Bibansthal, Gagan Bahadur BK has been transferred to Koteshwar tax office and Sridhar Tandan has been transferred to tax officer of Dang. Punya Vikram Khadka, who has been in the role of director in the customs department for a long time, has been transferred to the head of the Internal Revenue Office, Bharatpur.
Tax Officer Ganesh Prasad Aryalaya of Koteshwar and Tax Officer Kishore Gartaula of Janakpur have been transferred to the Director of Customs Department. Gautam Wood International Airport Customs Office Bhairahawa chief Tikaram Gayre has been transferred to Butwal tax chief . No new head has been assigned to Gautama Buddha.
