The Nepal National Employees Organization Civil Service has drawn the attention of the government to stop the transfer of employees who have not completed their service period against the prevailing laws and regulations.

The organization submitted a memorandum to the Secretary of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, Mukunda Prasad Niroula, on Friday and requested the employees who have been working in the same office for a long time not to be transferred against the law, laws and standards based on political pressure.

Ambadatta Bhatt, the president of the organization, informed that the government has been brought to the attention of the government to rectify the unjust transfer of employees who have no political access to the law.

In the transitional situation where the Federal Civil Service Act cannot be issued, the employees who are providing services at the local level, as the applications received with double consent are in status quo, the organization has demanded that transfer standards be made as soon as possible to manage the transfer as per the demand.
