Joint General Minister of Nepali Congress Bhishmaraj Angdembe has said that it is necessary for the country to form a government together with Congress-UML.
However, if the head of the country and the second party form a government together, will the voices of the small parties and citizens be suppressed? He said that it is also natural to be satisfied.
'After the last time Congress-UML formed the government together, will they forcefully amend the constitution or will they reduce the scope of the threshold so as to affect the small parties? Even if it is suspected, it is not easy," Angdembe said.
On Tuesday, in a program organized in Fidim of Panchthar, Angdembe said that although the main party Congress kept quiet about ruling the government together with the Communist Party, it was forced to join forces with the UML last time.
Angdembe also said that the last government led by Prachanda did not last because there was no mutual trust between UML and Maoists.
Angdembe also commented that even though the top leaders had the opportunity to become prime ministers and MPs many times when the government changed, there was no positive change in the country.
