3 people died when the Tatopani river washed away a house near Bagar, Aathbiskot municipality, Ward No. 12 of Rukum West. Similarly, 1 person has gone missing after being swept away by the nearby Jinchour river.

According to the police, 8-year-old Hitmaya Pun, 5-year-old Dhanisa Pun and 4-year-old Manisha Sarki are among those who died. 40-year-old Dilli Budhathoki is one of the missing persons.

In addition, city chief Ravi KC informed that 7 people were injured in this flood. He said that the injured were taken to the city hospital for treatment. Among the injured are 10-year-old Vijay Saraki, 22-year-old Anisa Pun, 29-year-old Janak Khatri, 65-year-old Mansari Pun, 4-year-old Maxon Pun, 20-year-old Dhanmaya Pun and 65-year-old Kalpana Kami.
