The police have arrested two people on the charge of looting a gold chest claiming to be police inspectors of the Nepal Police.

Kazi Kumar Acharya, Information Officer of Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office and Police Superintendent informed that the arrested person is Mingmar Tamang, 25 years old Suman Tamang, who is a 25-year-old resident of Dupcheshwar Village Pal-4, Nuwakot, and currently lives in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-8 Kalopul.

He said, 'Tirthalal Tamang, who was arrested on July 22, was arrested at Kavrepalanchok house and currently lives in Dallu, Kathmandu. Yes.'

63-year-old Bal Bahadur Goldsmith, who is currently residing in Baglung Katekhola Rural Municipality-2 and currently operating Baglung Bhagwati gold and silver shop in Kathmandu Tokha Municipality-9 Gongbu, who bought the gold Sikri that he had cheated, has been arrested, Information Officer Acharya said. According to the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, both the arrested persons have been sent to District Police Complex Kathmandu for necessary action.
