One person died in a vehicle accident in Nagarjuna. The accident took place when the jeep number P01-025C 9243, which was coming from Switzerland Park towards Kalanki, collided with the motorcycle number Ba P02-017P 109, which was going from the opposite direction, in Bindavasini road section located in Nagarjun Municipality-7.
Spokesman of Police Superintendent Navraj Adhikari informed that 20-year-old Sajan Subedi, a resident of Dolakha Shailungeshwar Municipality-6 and currently residing in Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-13 cantonment, died in the accident.
He informed that Subedi, who was seriously injured in an accident on Saturday, died today during treatment at Shaheed Memorial Hospital in Kalanki. At that time, the driver of the vehicle, who was absconding, went to Sunsari Ghar and currently lives in Naikap, Kathmandu. Jagat Bahadur Magar, 43, has been arrested and is being investigated, the police said.
