Anthropologist Prem Kumar Khatri has published the work 'Chronicle of Nepali Culture' which inquires about the complementary relationship between Nepali culture, community and society.
Khatri, who is also the Dean of Humanities Faculty of Tribhuvan University and the former Executive Director of Nepal Asian and Research Center (SINAS), mentioned the art, religion, ideals and reality connected to Nepali culture in his lecture style and said that culture-oriented concerns should be given priority in the educational curriculum.
Emphasizing the special importance of Nepali culture in terms of socialization and identity, Professor Khatri has also included in the book the dimensions of intimate relationships linked to various aspects of dates, festivals, folk art, and cultural symbols.
Ratna Pustak Bhandar published the work 'Nepali Culture's History' based on the thematic diversity, the publishing house said that successive volumes will be published .
