Specialty Soya and Grains Alliance (SSGA), a professional alliance of US identity preserved agriculture, organized an international workshop on 'US Identity Preserved' at the Marriott Hotel in Naxal on Thursday.

In the program, Nepal's leading soy producers, industry heads and farmers were explained the value and benefits of protected grains and threes identified by the United States of America. One of the highlights of the

event was Mr. Radherani International Trading . It has received the world's first identity protection certificate from SSGA.

This certification allows Nepali soy sauce producers who use American soy to display the 'Identity Preserved United States' logo on their products . This logo helps them increase their credibility and market value in the global market .

'Our company is the first in the world to receive identity protection certification . From today, Nepalese soy sauce producers using American soy will be able to display the 'IP' logo on all their products. This achievement has been made possible with the support of Specialty Soya and Grains Alliance (SSGA) and US Soybean Export Council (USSEC), said Gaurav Aggarwal, Director of Sri Radherani International Trading. The

program also showcased local foods prepared from American identity-protected soy, including nuts, flour, tofu and sweets. In the

workshop, an American farmer Tom Frisch reported on growing US IP for soybeans and other crops .

Soya Food Technical Advisor Nishit Kumar presented a demonstration and sample of Soya Food products including Tofu, Traditional Sweets, Toasted Soya Nuts.

Similarly, Joginder Singh, Food and Beverage Director of Marriott Hotel and Suresh Itapu, CEO of Nuritech Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, gave a presentation on the potential of premium soy in Nepal's food and beverage sector.
