In the meeting of the Parliamentary Inquiry Special Committee on Cooperative Savings Fund held in Singhdabar on Saturday, Prime Minister Oli said that the entry of people who come to cooperatives with different objectives to take non-cooperative and unfair benefits has brought distortions in this sector. He clarified that cooperatives are given importance in the development of the economy because cooperatives are constitutionally arranged as one of the three pillars of the economy.

'Cooperatives started when the world economy was in trouble. There are important aspects of co-operatives to increase income and employment through activities in various sectors by collecting small capital,' he said, 'Let impartial suggestions come from the committee's painstaking study and discussion. . The committee should instruct the government. The government implements such suggestions.'
