Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that after 18 years of the initiation of the peace process, the agreement on the transitional justice law is a matter of happiness for the advocates of peace.
Wednesday's Addressing current affairs in the meeting, Prime Minister Oli made it clear that the government will facilitate the implementation of the passed laws after reaching the stage of passing laws with consensus.
'There was conflict in our country . We have advanced the peace process. This process is the original (home grown) of our own accounting . This process has progressed sometimes slowly and sometimes resolved. We have advanced the peace process as a model for the world.
We have moved forward to bring the conflict to the mainstream as well as to uplift the parties that are isolated from the conflict', Prime Minister Oli said, "As the last installment of the peace process in Nepal, we have adopted the law on truth-telling and reconciliation and the investigation of missing persons". It has been unanimously passed by the political working group and the relevant committee of the parliament to focus on victims. In this sense, I express happiness . Our success will be useful for the world.'
