Deputy General Secretary of Nepal Communist Party (Maoist Center) Janardan Sharma has expressed his belief that the originality and characteristics of Nepali peace process will be established all over the world.
After the three major political parties agreed on the Transitional Justice Bill, he said that it has been 17 years since the Comprehensive Peace Agreement After eight months and 11 days, an important agreement was reached.
During that period, constitution making, army adjustments etc. have been completed . He said, 'Justice, compensation and Reconciliation was being delayed . An important consensus has been reached today.'
Leader Sharma said, 'As per the order of the honorable court, we have been able to facilitate the agreement regarding the amendment of the TRC Bill by taking the responsibility given to the Minister of Home Affairs, Ramesh Akhtar, Hon.
He expressed his belief that the rest of the peace process of Nepal will be completed soon. Deputy General Secretary Sharma has thanked the party president Pushpa Kamal Dahal for all the support by giving advice or questioning during this process and responsible for the important work. A consensus has been reached today on the transitional justice bill between the three main parties.
