Police spokesperson DIG Dan Bahadur Karki said that the laboratory's test report was submitted to the Supreme Court on May 14 through the Attorney General's Office. He did not want to reveal the topics covered in the report. Karki says that the issues in the

report are under judicial review in the court, so he cannot say anything about it. "According to the order of the court, we have come to the police for the examination of the audio related to the contempt of court case, we have done technical/laboratory examination of the content and submitted the research report to the court," spokesperson Karki said, "As the judicial resolution of this matter is yet to be resolved by the court, nothing more can be mentioned."

While hearing the case on May 17, the Supreme Court ordered to check the facts of the broadcast audio and submit a report within 15 days and to call Sidhakura's Kandel and Dhungana for a statement.

Rajkumar Timalsina, who is said to have conducted the sting operation in the contempt case, and the person accused in the misleading audio were also ordered to file a reply. After the Supreme Court order, CIB was allowed to conduct the audio test. After that, on April 24, under the leadership of DIG Navind Aryal, the Director of Cyber ​​Bureau, a committee was formed to examine the audio, and the laboratory test found that the audio broadcast was false and submitted an opinion that investigation and action should be taken against those involved in three crimes.

The report submitted by Aryal's committee on May 11, CIB submitted the report to Inspector General of Police Basant Kunwar on the same day.
