In the efforts of the Congress-UML to remove the Deputy Speaker, two sides have been seen in the Civil Liberties Party (Naupa). MP Ranjita Shrestha Chaudhary, who is sitting on the opposition bench and is also the party president, has participated in the meeting of the ruling party.
Three other MPs of the party are going to stand against the proposal. NAUPA President Ranjita Shrestha has said that no decision has been taken on impeaching Deputy Speaker Indira Rana Magar.
She said that a decision will be taken about this in the meeting of the parliamentary party. Naupa has four MPs. Thakursingh Tharu, the leader of civil emancipation, said that MPs Gangaram Chaudhary, Arun Chaudhary and Lalbir Chaudhary are ready to stand in the opposition.
'What should Ranjitaji do, there is a matter of three MPs standing in the opposition,' he said. Gangaram Chaudhary is the leader of the parliamentary party in Naupa. But President Shrestha has given him a letter that he has been removed from the party leader last week . Earlier, Naupal withdrew support from the government and went to the opposition bench.
