Among the candidates fielded directly by the Congress, there are no female candidates in Gandaki and Sudurpaschim.

The Nepali Congress has fielded 11 women as direct candidates across the country for the House of Representatives elections.

Out of the 10 constituencies in Kathmandu district, women have been given tickets in two constituencies. Sapana Rajbhandari is the candidate from Kathmandu constituency number 8 and Nanu Bastola is the candidate from Kathmandu constituency number 9. Out of the 33 constituencies in Bagmati Province, the Nepali Congress has fielded 5 women candidates. Along with Rajbhandari and Bastola, Mahalaxmi Upadhyay 'Dina' is the candidate from Makawanpur-1, Sushila Thing from Sindhuli, and Meena Kumari Kharel from Chitwan-2 are the candidates.

Out of the 32 constituencies in Madhesh Province, Kiran Yadav is the candidate from Mahottari-2 and Chandrakala Kumari Yadav is the candidate from Siraha-4. Out of the 28 constituencies in Koshi Province, two women, Sarita Prasai from Jhapa-2 and Mandhara Ghimire from Jhapa-5, have been given tickets.

Out of the 26 constituencies in Lumbini Province, Kusumdevi Thapa Magar is the candidate from Rukum East. There are 26 constituencies in that province. Basana Thapa has been nominated as a candidate from Dailekh-1 out of 12 constituencies in Karnali Province. In Gandaki and Sudurpaschim Provinces, the Congress has not fielded any female candidates.
