On Tuesday morning, the news that the disaster that started after the flood from Tibet mixed with the Bhotekoshi river, caused havoc. The flood swept away the Miteri bridge connecting Nepal-China. New electric vehicles (EVs) in the dry port were also heavily damaged.

Government officials have said that 18 people have lost contact due to the flood in Bhotekoshi. According to the Assistant Chief District Officer of Rasuwa, Dhruva Prasad Adhikari, there are 3 policemen, 9 Nepalis and 6 Chinese nationals among those without contact. Similarly, the EV charging station at Timure has been damaged and the dam of the Rasuwagadhi hydropower project has also been damaged. 

Due to the flood in Bhotekoshi, two people were trapped in the flood between Vidur Municipality Ward No.-1 and 9 of Nuwakot . They have been rescued by the helicopter of the Nepalese army.

The Flood Forecasting Division has said that the effect of the flood from Tibet can be seen up to Trishuli River and Budhigandaki Dobhan . The department said, 'It seems that there was a flood at 3:30 am today at Rasuwa-Saprubensi water measuring station located in Bhotekoshi of this department.' According to the department, the flood reached Betravati around 5 am.
