Nepal is known for original and spicy dishes. Nepali dishes are known not only in Nepal but also abroad. Similarly, some foreign dishes are also known in Nepal. In the last decade, in the main cities of Nepal, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Dharan, not only Raithane dishes, but also the "craze" of Nepalese in foreign food dishes and flavors can be seen.

The crowd of taste connoisseurs at places where you can get foreign dishes such as pizza, burgers, sandwiches, sushi, and kimbap also confirms it. The chefs here say that Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Burmese, Vietnamese, Turkish, Indian, Iranian food connoisseurs have grown in abundance in Nepal. 

In Nepal, now pizza, burgers and sandwiches can be found even in ordinary restaurants, says Resham Kumar Lama, president of Safe Association. He has been involved in cooking for three decades and says that previously pizza and burgers were made only in five-star hotels in Nepal and were only accessible to high-class people of Nepal and foreign tourists.

"Earlier, the five-star hotels here used to make pizza and burgers targeting only the upper class or members of the royal family and foreign tourists," said Chef Lama, sharing his own experience. Dunot, Paurotti were famous in tea shops and general restaurants. But pizza and burgers became popular foreign dishes in a short period of time after the prices were reduced so that even common people could eat them. Pizza Hunt, Burger House, Pizza House are very famous in Kathmandu. 

In Nepal, various dishes including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Turkish have recently started to be chosen by Nepali taste connoisseurs. "Aleve Kebab Saltnet" located in Tangal, Naxal, Kathmandu has been tasting Turkish dishes in Nepal for a few years. Prakash Katuwal, the chef here, says, 'Our food dishes 

is available everywhere, but here we are tasting exotic dishes. Also, Turkish dishes are not often found, so we have opened this restaurant with the aim of making taste connoisseurs comfortable and different. Prakash says that among the Turkish dishes, Sultan, Turkish Grilled Meat Platter and Adana Kebab are preferred by the customers.

Geeta Sharma has opened The Noodles Bar on Basuki Marg in Kathmandu with the aim of using her cooking skills to taste the food and cuisine of different countries. Especially Burmese dishes are cooked here. Geeta says, "Though I have been tasting/cooking Burmese dishes since childhood, I decided to open a restaurant with a slightly different taste. Customers also come back again and again because they like the taste of the food here. 

Among the Burmese dishes, thopu nue, khau sway thok, and tofu are the most preferred by customers, she says. Geeta says that along with Nepali Raithane dishes, it is necessary to introduce the taste of foreign dishes to Nepalis. Tasting the Korean taste, Mahesh and Manoj, two brothers of kimbap restaurant.

Like others, these two brothers also say that their aim is to make Nepali people taste the different flavors of different countries. Mahesh says, 'To attract the youngster, we are offering authentic Korean flavors at a fraction of the cost.'
