Vijay Chaudhary, the brother of the deceased, said that the state government is ready to exhume the body after the provincial government has announced a compensation of five lakhs to the family of the deceased and promised that the administration will arrange the responsibility of her daughter's education.
The Chief District Officer of Kailali, Gogan Bahadur Hamal, said that the post-mortem of the body has been completed and the body is going to be handed over to the relatives today. The family of the deceased was demanding that the prisoners involved in the murder should be identified and brought to justice, and the government should arrange free education for their daughter Bandana, who is currently studying in the eighth grade.
Chaudhary was arrested by the police from his home on January 4 on the charge of drug consumption. According to the family, after being in police custody for about a month, he was sentenced to one and a half years in prison and sent to prison. Bharat's family has a daughter studying in class eight, mother and brother.
