Khadka, who has been active in politics since the Panchayat period, is a long-time leader from Doti. Khadka was elected as a member of the Sudurpaschim Provincial Assembly in 2074 BS. Before that, he had served as the chairman of the District Development Committee twice and as the vice-chairman once.
