In the ongoing vote count, the National Independent Party has maintained a lead in 24 places so far. According to the preliminary results, the RSVP candidates are ahead in various regions of the country, including Kathmandu.
The RSVP has Ranju Darshana in Kathmandu-1, Sunil KC in Kathmandu-2, Rajunath Pandey in Kathmandu-3, Pukar Bam in Kathmandu-4, Sasmit Pokharel in Kathmandu-5, Ganesh Parajuli in Kathmandu-7, Biraj Bhakta Shrestha in Kathmandu-8 and Pradeep Bista in Kathmandu-10.
Similarly, in Bhaktapur-1, Rukesh Ranjit has taken the lead, beating Prem Suwal of the NEMKIPA, while in Bhaktapur-2, Rajiv Khatri of the RSVP is ahead. In Morang-1, Yagya Mani Neupane, in Morang-4, Santosh Rajbanshi and in Morang-5, Asha Jha have taken the lead.
Manish Jha has taken the lead in Dhanusha-3, while Ganesh Poudel is ahead in Rautahat-4 and Arvind Shah is ahead in Bara-3. Jagdish Kharel is ahead in Lalitpur-2 and Sobita Gautam is ahead in Chitwan-3.
Khadak Raj Poudel is ahead in Kaski-1, Uttam Poudel is ahead in Kaski-2 and Bina Gurung is ahead in Kaski-3. Sulabh Kharel is ahead in Rupandehi-2, Suresh Kumar Chaudhary is ahead in Banke-1 and Deepak Raj Bohara is ahead in Kanchanpur-2.
