On Monday, Rakki Prasad Sah filed a writ petition naming the Office of the Provincial Chief and the Office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers as respondents. The writ petition claims that the Chief Minister was appointed through the process of Clause 3 of Article 168 of the Constitution when the process was not completed and the Chief Minister was appointed from outside the Provincial Assembly, and should be nullified.
