Bishnumaya Pandey cannot read and write. And yet, carrying a bundle of documents, she has been staying in a hotel in New Buspark for almost two weeks. Before he returned to his birthplace Pokhara on Thursday morning, his daily routine was the same - running to the Supreme Court in the afternoon and killing himself in a depressed mood in the evening.

'What kind of justice is this in this country?' When the court staff tried to negotiate and send her home on Sunday, she left the dacoity and insisted on going back to the Supreme Court crying, 'It's been years, a case has not been resolved, they say they gave an order, they don't let me see it, what is this trick?' 

Bishnumaya, who does not know how to read, has been going to Adda court for 12 years with a pile of documents to bring her son's killer to justice. And, after the work was not done, she returned home crying and being beaten like this.

Kaski's district and after the appeal, he has been running for Pokhara Majhuwa for the past three years. But as the case does not come on time and even if it comes, it is moved to the list of not sent to see, so he has to come from Pokhara to the Supreme Court many times in the last three years. 

This time on Friday, the case was heard in the bench of Judges Manoj Kumar Sharma and Mahesh Sharma Paudel. He hoped, even if it was late, the case would be settled, justice would be served. But nothing like that happened. The Bench ordered 'Other'. She went to the gate and asked what it means, what is written.

A week before the hearing, she was sitting in a hotel in New Bus Park, waiting for this judgment of the Supreme Court, carrying a bag of old documents. She reached the Supreme Court as soon as the court opened, saying that the waiting time was over on Sunday. She searched the cracks and crevices there. 

'Mr. has not come today,' said the staff of the Supreme Court, trying to turn him back in the evening, 'You should come tomorrow.' And she left the bed and started crying. She cursed the justice system of the country for not hearing anything even though she was beating her chest for the justice of her dead son.

But ignoring all this, Bishnumaya, who turned to the Supreme Court and shed a stream of tears, kept hiccups and kept talking to herself, 'Even when she came in the morning of Baisakh, nothing happened, even when she came in the month of Pus, nothing happened even when she came this Friday, today she said it would be Sunday, but the judge did not come.' But the situation was so painful that they had to cry in the same way. As Pesi's turn did not come for months and Aiha also moved without hearing, Vishnumaya crying and beating her chest in pain was the only pain they could feel. 

The supreme administration had deputed a woman employee to stop Bishnumaya. She took Bishnumaya to Chamena home and fed her lunch. However, Bishnumaya, who was hungry since morning, did not eat the food given on the table immediately, instead she continued to sob and cry for a long time.

Bishnumaya's 24-year-old son Surya was murdered on February 5, 2071 on Shivratri. The body was found the next morning in the bhir of the Ram temple in Tulsighat. After realizing that Surya was murdered by her friends Buddha Shrestha, Dhruv Manandhar and Ramchandra Manandhar, Bishnumaya reported to the police. But for four years, the police did not understand his complaint. 

Bishnumaya has repeatedly pleaded with the Human Rights Commission to the head of the local government to speak up for this injustice. There are many people's numbers in the bag she is carrying, which she asks for someone else's help to call. After a lot of crying and begging, finally on 29 Chait 29, 2075, the police registered the complaint. After that, they who were arrested gave a statement that Surya was killed due to a fight on the pretext of teasing a girl. 

District Court Kaski ordered that all three of them be sent to jail for pre-trial detention on 13 June 2076. However, the Pokhara High Court on June 5, 2076 partially overturned the order of the district and released Buddha and Dhruv on a bond of Rs 1 lakh each. On behalf of Bishnumaya, the Public Prosecutor's Office Pokhara has submitted a petition to the Supreme Court saying that this order of the High Court is null and void.

The case was registered in the Supreme Court on May 20, 2079 after a lot of insistence by Bishnumaya. During this period, Pacey has only been hit 5 times. The first case was heard on 21 Baisakh 2080 in the bench of Prakashman Singh Raut and Kumar Regmi. That day she sat on the bench all day waiting for her turn. But in the evening, his case fell into the 'do not watch' list. And she came back hissing. 

The next time his case went to trial was 11 months later on February 1, 2080. This time too, Bishnumaya's case was put on the do-not-see list, and he just came to Kathmandu. For the third time, four months later, on June 20 last year, his case was settled. This time, the bench of Judge Til Prasad Shrestha and Tek Prasad Dhungana issued an 'understanding order'.

But what is that 'other' order, she could not get her hand before getting it in writing. 

'What has finally happened to the order in his case?' Supreme Spokesperson Achyut Kuinkel was asked on the same day. "It cannot be said that it is not in writing," said Supreme Court spokesperson Achyut Kuinkel, when asked on Thursday, the sixth day after the order was issued, "If the case is not reached, or if some other process is not agreed, it is an order to settle it.
