There are also moving examples of some young people returning home with the skills, experience and earnings they have learned abroad. Some youths have become exemplary that they can earn millions by staying in the village instead of going abroad. 

Lal Bahadur Thapa of Palpa Rampur Municipality-4 Devisthan, who returned after spending eight years abroad, earns 50,000 a month from vegetable farming. Lal Bahadur, who has been cultivating vegetables by renting 10 ropani land for four years, said that he has a good income by staying with his family. "Where else is it so easy abroad?" He said, "If you work hard like you do abroad, you can earn good money here."

He said that it is a special pleasure to work with the family. His experience is that despite having money in a foreign land, the family is not happy and happy. He said that he earned good income by cultivating vegetables. Our modern agricultural firm produces vegetables such as beans, bodi, golvanda, ghiraunla, bitter gourd, parsley, bodi, and cucumber. It is sold in Rampur and neighboring districts. Most of the sales are done through the firm itself. He said that it would be easier to sell vegetables if they are cultivated off-season than seasonal ones. Apart from this, during Dasain-Tihar, the firm also produces velvet and hundred-petal flowers. "Work at home or abroad should be enjoyed," he said.

Raju Gurung of Rampur-10 Gejha lives in the village and rears goats. After the covid epidemic, he started the goat farming business. A volleyball player, Gurung is also the accountant of the school. In the morning and evening he gives time for the goats. He said that at other times, goats are taken care of by heralu and family. "All my friends are thinking of going abroad," he said, "there is no way to stop the family at home." So he thought that he could do something by staying in the village and reared Boer goats.

"There is a lot of meat and it's not too difficult to raise them," he said, "because of this, my free time has been put to good use." 6.5 million has been invested for goats in four years. There are modern cages. The building is ready for grain and other works. Investment in goats is more. He said that one Boar goat is worth 312,000 and the other is 250,000. 

Recently, there are more than 150 goats in his cage. According to Gurung, there is no problem in selling advanced breed goats. "Some of them are purchased by the Rampur Municipality," he said, "calls are also received from outside the district." But it has not been able to deliver according to the demand. Annual sales of more than 1.5 million have been made. There is also cost and effort. Many have also found employment for planting grass and taking care of goats. 

Dil Bahadur Thapa of Rampur-4 also has a commercial vegetable farm. He earns more than 50,000 per month by cultivating vegetables. Thapa, who returned from abroad after the covid infection, took land on lease and cultivated vegetables. "There is no problem in the sale of vegetables produced by regular work," he said, "which has also made us work hard."

The experience of living in the Gulf country of Bahrain for 8 years has also encouraged him more. He said that there is no problem for the sale of the produced vegetables.  I have been selling vegetables in the neighboring Syangja market,' he said 70% of the investment is profit. "Most of the time I work to grow vegetables and take them to the market," he said. He said that he has been cultivating seasonal and off-season vegetables for the past four years. "After staying abroad for eight years, I came back and now I am thinking of not going abroad," he said, "Now I have cultivated vegetables." Growing vegetables at home with the family has earned good income. During Dasain-Tihar, he also cultivates flowers.

Prem Bahadur Singh of Rampur-5 Bhambak is a young man who returned after 9 years of experience in Korea. He has started the coffee industry with his own investment. 2 million more has been invested in the coffee processing industry. He produces, processes and markets coffee. He has seen the possibility of good income from coffee in the country. "That is why the industry has been brought into operation," he said, "The number of farmers producing raw coffee has decreased. Therefore, the next campaign is to increase the number of coffee farmers.'

He used to prepare coffee and give it to the guests who come to his house and explain about it. He said that the processed coffee will be taken to Tansen, Rampur, Syangja, Pokhara. "While working abroad, the coffee produced in Gulmi was processed and sold in the market by the owner of the company," he said.

Last year, Prem Bahadur sold coffee worth eight lakh rupees. He said that he has set a target of selling coffee worth Rs 10 lakh this year. He says that the coffee produced here has been sent to Nepal, India, Germany, Japan and Korea. Pulping and coffee making machines were brought in a few years ago, but now they have kept all the processing equipment. Prepared coffee is made by pulping raw coffee from villages near Rampur. Prepared coffee is sold in the market for up to one thousand eight hundred per kg.
