Suresh Kumar Chaudhary has been elected from Banke Constituency No. 1 on behalf of the National Independent Party. Suresh Kumar Chaudhary, who has been active in the fields of education, social awareness and human rights for a long time, has started his journey to the House of Representatives by being elected from Banke Constituency No. 1. Chaudhary, who became a candidate from the National Independent Party, won by securing 32,792 votes according to the final results.

Chaudhary is a person who played a historic role as the central coordinator of the Kamaiya Mukti Andolan and the general secretary of the Kamaiya Mukti Manch. He provided strong leadership in the struggle against slavery and raised his voice for the rights of the victimized community. Similarly, he has been continuously advocating for the rights and justice of the oppressed, backward and marginalized communities as the coordinator of the Human Rights Awareness Forum, Banke.

Along with social campaigns, he is engaged in agricultural work. Chaudhary, who is involved in modern agriculture and business by operating the New Chaudhary Cow Farm, Arena Agriculture and Mushroom Farm, and Ananda Garden Resort, had started his political journey in 2039 BS. He was successful in gaining public trust by representing the Tharu community in the 2079 BS parliamentary elections by securing 11,454 votes. Chaudhary, who contested the 2079 BS parliamentary elections from the Nagarik Unmukti Party, got a ticket after the party merged with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).

Chaudhary, who has been fighting against social discrimination since childhood, has been active in various political movements in favor of citizen supremacy, equality, and good governance. He was also associated with the teaching profession for a long time.
