Nominations of 17 candidates have been registered in two constituencies of Achham. According to the Chief Election Office, Achham, nominations of 8 candidates have been registered in Achham 1 and 9 candidates in Achham 2.

In Achham-1, Bharat Kumar Swar of the Nepali Congress, Bhim Rawal of the Nepali Communist Party, Deepak Saud of the CPN-UML, Om Prakash Rawal of the National Independent Party, Surendra Shahi of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, Lokendra Shah of the National Prajatantra Party, Lokendra Bahadur Shahi of the CPN-Maoist (Netrabikram Chand), and independent candidate Bhim Bahadur Kunwar have filed their nominations.

Similarly, in Achham-2, Pushpa Bahadur Shah of the Nepali Congress, Yagya Bahadur Bogati of the CPN-UML, Bhupdev Shah of the National Independent Party, Bal Bahadur Kunwar of the Nepali Communist Party, Jhankar Bahadur Shahi of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, Pushpa Raj Neupane of the Democratic Progressive Party, Sher Bahadur BK of the CPN-Maoist (Netrabikram Chand), Min Bahadur Shahi of the National Prajatantra Party, and Rajesh Rawal of Ujjaya Nepal have filed their nominations.
