Norway and France are level on six points and both are certain to advance. The group winners will now be decided by a league match between the two teams. Senegal and Iraq are bottom of the group with zero points.
Haaland scored twice in the 48th and 58th minutes, taking his tally at the World Cup to four. Markus Federersen scored another goal for Norway. He opened the scoring in the 43rd minute.
Ismail Sarr pulled one back for Senegal. He scored in the 53rd and third minutes of injury time of the second half.
