Pokhara Avengers, chasing a target of 221 runs set by Biratnagar Kings, scored 37 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in 3 overs.  

Biratnagar has scored the highest score of 220 in the NPL. In doing so, it has broken its own record.  Earlier, it had scored 193 runs in the first NPL as well. 

Against Pokhara, Lokesh Bam scored 72 runs, Martin Guptill scored 61, Shubham Rajane scored 38 and Bashir Ahmed scored 23 runs for Biratnagar on Monday.

There is a good attendance of spectators at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground to watch this match. Karnali supporters are booing Karnali bowlers when they take wickets, while Chitwan supporters are booing Chitwan batters when they hit fours and sixes.
