Ishan Kishan's unbeaten century saw Sunrisers Hyderabad defeat Rajasthan Royals by 44 runs in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 match on Sunday.
Kisan scored 106 runs off 47 balls and Hyderabad managed to set a target of 286 runs by losing 6 wickets in their first match.
In response, Rajasthan could score only 242 runs after losing 6 wickets. Kisan managed to hit 11 fours and 6 sixes in an aggressive innings. After leaving Mumbai Indians and coming to Hyderabad, he managed to score his first IPL century in the first game. Australian opener Travis Head also scored 67 off 31 balls for Rajasthan. 9 fours and 3 sixes came out of his bat.

Nobody could play a decisive innings for Rajasthan . Opener and captain Sanju Samson scored 66 runs. He hit seven fours and four sixes in 37 balls. Similarly, Dhruv Jurel scored 70 runs in 35 balls. It included 5 fours and 6 sixes.
