Former DIG Bishwaraj Pokharel has won in Okhaldhunga by a margin of 5 votes. Pokharel, a candidate of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), defeated Kumar Luintel of the Nepali Congress (NC).

Pokharel got 13,953 votes while Luintel got 13,948 votes. Similarly, NCP's Ambir Babu Gurung got 11,296 votes. Similarly, UML's Asmita Thapa got 10,720 votes while Shram Sanskriti Party's Uddhav Kumar Rai got 3,858 votes. Unepa's Kishori Karki got 965 votes.
