Discussions are ongoing between Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah and National Independent Party President Rabi Lamichhane.

Balen's advisor Kumar Ben is having a private discussion with them at his house in Kupandol Jwagal, Lalitpur. Sources say that they are discussing how to move forward in the upcoming House of Representatives elections.

While the discussion is going on inside, Gen-G leader Sudhan Gurung and others are present outside the house. Sudhan says that the two of them should meet at any cost. He said, 'Until the two of them meet, this gate will not be opened. We have locked it.'
