According to Subba, it will take at least 25 to 30 minutes for a voter to vote. 2,263 delegates are participating in the general convention.
Laxman Rimal, the owner of Ram-Laxman Innovation Pvt. Ltd., said that 10 sample exercises and 10 additional machines have been kept. Voting was also conducted through electronic machines in the 10th general convention held in Sauraha in 2078 BS.
The Central Election Commission has stated that the final list of candidates will be made public by 9:30 pm on Monday. Voting time for the new leadership of UML has been fixed from 1 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday.
