The Ministry of Home Affairs has directed the District Administration Office to prevent incidents of code of conduct violations before and during the upcoming House of Representatives elections.

The ministry issued a circular to all district administration offices on Thursday, directing them to regularly monitor the implementation of the election code of conduct and implement it effectively.

The Home Minister's Secretariat has stated that instructions have been given to submit regular reports to the ministry on the work done in implementing the code of conduct.
